Limited Warranty

ALL NAARDEN,Inc. PRODUCTS may be used in ways we have no control over. For that reason we are unable to offer any warranty of any kind. NAARDEN, Inc. products are only intended for offroad or track use only. Naarden,Inc. is NOT liable for any consequential damages, expense or injury arising from the use, misuse, or improper installation of any product manufactured or sold. Naarden,Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or add to improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on product previously manufactured. This warranty shall NOT apply to any product which has been repaired or altered in any way so as in our judgment to affect it's performance; nor which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or any other occurrence beyond the control of Naarden,Inc. Naarden,Inc. does however recognize an obligation to the buyers of any products found to be defective, in either workmanship or materials. Upon inspection by our company technicians, we will repair or replace the product as we see fit. This warranty is intended for original purchasers only accompanied with a reciept. Typical costs associated with returning the product to NAARDEN,Inc. for examination shall be not reimbursed. This limited warranty shall only cover the repair of/or replacment of Naarden,Inc products.

Terms & Conditions

 - Any order placed with NAARDEN,Inc agrees with any and all of the following Terms & Conditions. NAARDEN,Inc reserves the right to change this agreement at any time, such changes and modifications shall be effective immediately upon publishing them on www.naarden.biz. It is the customer's responsibility to check for changes in this agreement each time they order.

Prices & Product Specs:
-All prices and product specifications are correct at the time of publish. However may change without notification. In the event of a typographical error we will contact you with the correct information before confirming the order.

Tax:
-Tax will be charged to all Florida customers. Florida customers must pay state, county and city tax.

Cancellations:
- Any cancellation after 24 hours will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Any body component is subject up to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. No cancellations on special order parts. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Liability:
-NAARDEN,Inc will not be held liable for any matter, misuse, damage of any kind, or cost of any kind caused by any product purchased from us.

Body Modifications:
-All body modifications are sold in "as is" condition. Some body kits require modification for fitment. NAARDEN,Inc recommends all body components be installed by a professional.  NAARDEN,Inc is not responsible for any damage incurred by any body component.

Shipping Damage:
-NAARDEN,Inc is not responsible for any damage caused by shipping. Please inspect all packages before signing for them, and make any damage claim with the shipper. If damage has occurred mark it on delivery bill and have driver sign it for verification. Keep all boxes and original packaging for inspections by carrier.

Shipping & Handling:
-NAARDEN,Inc shipping prices are set to a standard amount for shipping and handling.  Please allow 2 - 4 weeks on deliveries due to high volume and no control over carriers shipping methods.  NAARDEN,Inc is not responsible for typographical mistakes and is under no obligation to honor these types of mistakes in or our online catalog.  On some products there is a small handling fee. 
 

 International Shipping & Handling:
-NAARDEN,Inc shipping prices are set to a standard amount for shipping and handling via USPS.  USPS does not track any packages outside the United States.  USPS contract local carriers who may change tracking numbers.  As an international buyer you accept all responsibility of tracking packages once the package has been shown as shipped via USPS tracking numbers.  Please allow 4 - 6 weeks on deliveries due to customs and carrier shipping methods.  NAARDEN,Inc is not responsible for typographical mistakes and is under no obligation to honor these types of mistakes in or our online catalog.  On some products there is a small handling fee. 
 

Warranty:
-NAARDEN,Inc does not give any warranty with the products we sell from other companys other then our own. If a warranty is offered by the manufacturer any and all paperwork will be included with the product. Warrantied items are subject to the manufacturer's inspections. Any warranty claim must be made with the manufacturer. No warranty will be granted if the defect was caused by customer's negligence, mishandling, or improper installation.  NAARDEN,Inc has no association with any warranty given. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all invoices and paperwork for their record and warranty claims.

Legal Proceeding:
-Any legal proceeding regarding any matter must be made with the Volusia County Court, located in Daytona Beach, Fl.

Return Policy:
-Returns will only be allowed 14 days from the date of receipt of order with no exceptions. All return must have a "Return Authorization Number", any return without this number will not be accepted. All authorized returns must be unused and in its original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns must have R.A. number on outside of package, and products inside must be marked with it as well. All returns must be made to NAARDEN,Inc within 7 days of receipt of Return Authorization number. Returns with R.A. number are not guaranteed for credit or replacement, but only that the merchandise will be inspected. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. NAARDEN,Inc must receive the R.A. Number from the manufacturer or distributor of the product before and action can be taken. A photocopy of the original invoice, a written explanation on why the item(s) are being returned, and a contact phone number must all accompany your return. It is the customer/installer responsibility to verify correct size and application of any part before installation. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. No cancellations or exchanges on special order or custom made products after the order has been placed. You will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order, to let you know if it is a special order part. It is the customers responsibility to repack any and all item(s) being returned in the original packaging. Also making sure that it is securely and properly packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent item from being damaged during return shipment. NAARDEN,Inc will not give any refund or exchange on any returned package damaged due to insufficient packaging. Any and all hardware and accessories need to be included in the return or the customer will be charged for them. All return shipment are recommended to be insured (in case of loss or damage) and need to get a tracking number. If product is damaged or lost on return of a noninsured package NAARDEN,Inc will not issue a refund, store credit, or exchange. No refunds on returned order, only exchange or store credit (after product inspection). If no Return Authorization Number on package, package will be refused and sent back to sender and sender's own expense.
